Modular built environment with trim sheet and decal sheet.
The base modular assets are from one of my previous projects and the most of the time budget spent on research on visual development, visual aesthetics of the modularity planning, about 6 modular piece and lighting with cameras. This is a game ready environment in Unreal Engine 5 using 1 PBR 2K trimsheet and 1x decal sheet to handle draw calls properly and allow more space for the modular models.
